⭐️ Private Fund
A type of fund formed by investors (individuals or legal entities) who are required to have a substantial amount of capital (approximately 10 million baht or more). They entrust their money and assets to a management company to act as the investment manager. The investment format is highly flexible, allowing for policy adjustments based on the clients' preferences.
⭐️ Mutual Fund
A fund created by pooling money from individual investors, combining it into a larger sum, and registering it as a legal entity. The pooled funds are then invested in securities or various assets according to the approved policy for the mutual fund. Each investor receives "Unit Trusts" as evidence of their ownership in the invested money. However, mutual fund investors do not have the right to participate in the decision-making process regarding the fund's investment policy.
