How to open a DRx account?

The account for trading DRx will function as a sub-account of your current trading account, and it will be a Cash Balance account (Pre-paid account).

Steps to apply for a DRx trading account

  1. Go to Settrade Streaming app, click "My Menu" button located in the bottom menu bar of your screen.

  2. Select "DRx" from the 'Standard Menu' section.

  3. Read and accept the terms and conditions by clicking on the checkmark (✓) and then press "Agree"

  4. Next, click on the "Request DRx Trading" button.

  5. Select "Submit Request" to send your request to the Pi team.

  6. Please wait for a response from a Pi representative who will send you the link via the email you registered with us.

For Customer Support Team

  1. Log into Zendesk and go to 'Unassigned Ticket(s)' view, there is going to be ticket named "User's Fractional DR Registration Request" sent from Settrade.MicrosoftTeams-image (37).png
  2. CS will proceed with checking customer data in Pi system.
  3. CS will send email to the customer with the registration link.
  4. Once user completed with the registration, Operation team will be carry on with the account opening process.
