Do not receive email from Pi Securities? (Hotmail)

This is a common issue and can be caused by the following reasons;

  1. E-mails may not automatically go into your inbox, but rather in your spam or junk mailbox.
  2. The email address is spelled incorrectly, such as Hotmai.com or Hotmail.con
  3. Hotmail prioritizes emails from Pi in a lower order than usual.

Please follow the below steps;

  1. Allow your email to receive emails sent from Pi Securities( Whitelist )
  2. Settings in your email
    1. On a web page or Hotmail program, select "Setting" (gear symbol).
    2. Select All Outlook Settings
    3. Select Junk
    4. Select Inbox
    5. Select Add "Secure senders and domains"
    6. Add  pi-operation@pi.financial and pino-reply@pi.financial 
    7. Pi's email will be added to the list.

Additional information

If Pi's email goes into your junk or spam box, you should report that the email is not spam. This prevents the Hotmail system filter Pi's emails to the spam box anymore.
